Menopause, anxiety attacks can be avoided?

Having a fairly common occurrence fits our company, we all become a little less healthy and much more stressed, should come as no surprise. Approximately one in 10 adults suffer regularly from anxiety on a regular basis, and these numbers are even higher among women going through menopause.
